These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Virpanai Connect ("the Service"), operated by Virpanai ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Virpanai Connect enables online store merchants to build, customize, and deploy mobile applications for their stores. We sync store data, provide a dashboard for customization, and publish the resulting app to the Apple App Store and Google Play under the merchant's accounts.
You must have an active store account and be authorized to grant data access to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.
Fees (if any) for the Service are displayed in our pricing and billed through your connected store platform or directly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain ownership of the Service, the dashboard, and the underlying technology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated app for your business.
You may uninstall the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or illegal activity. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virpanai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
